Dawn Clessuras
Chief Operating Officer
Dawn is a co-founder of Concord Management Resources with 25+ years of expertise in providing management services to clients in the health plan and alternative risk businesses. She previously served as the COO of QualCare, Inc. (NJ-based healthcare service organization) and prior to that ran QualCare Management Resources, LLC, which served as the complete solution for association health plan administration and management services. She has also served on several boards, including the Board of Trustees for the Affiliated Physicians and Employers MEWA, the Seton Health Insurance Board in Texas and the QualCare Alliance Network Inc. Board of Directors.
Bridget Gielis
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Bridget is a co-founder of Concord Management Resources with 20+ years of specialization in healthcare sales and marketing. In her previous roles as Vice President of Commercial Sales for QualCare, Inc. and Vice President of Insurance Services for QualCare Management Resources, LLC, she was principally responsible for the planning, development and on-going management of Association Health Plans. She was also responsible for the sales strategy to grow QualCare’s self-insured client base. Ms. Gielis is certified by the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma Green Belt. She also has been a volunteer with the Val Skinner Foundation for 15 years.
John McSorley
Chief Executive Officer
John is a co-founder of Concord Management Resources with extensive experience managing and running MEWA/AHP plans. He was a Trustee for the Affiliated Physicians MEWA Trust for 10 years and spent 18+ years in various roles for QualCare (NJ-based healthcare service organization) including his corporate position as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the organization. During this time, he also served as Chief Information Officer and Privacy Officer for the organization. John also served as President of QualCare Captive Insurance Company subsidiary which was the first and only designed cell captive in the state of New Jersey providing innovative programs to support employer stop-loss coverage.
